Light therapy you can do on the couch. The Nurses Choice LED Mask uses four clinically tested wavelengths to support clearer, healthier looking skin: red, blue, yellow and near-infrared.
Dual light mode runs two wavelengths at once, so near-infrared can work alongside any of the other three. The mask is flexible medical grade silicone with adjustable velcro straps, which keeps it comfortable and sitting close to the skin. Sessions take 10 minutes with no downtime, and three a week is the recommended rhythm.
